At TikTok Shop Vietnam, I was responsible for driving seller adoption and engagement through education programs and communication initiatives. My work focused on equipping sellers with knowledge, tools, and incentives to grow sustainably on the platform.

Multi-channel Communication – Managed email, in-app push, notifications, and pop-ups to reach 5K+ sellers weekly with consistent and effective messaging.
Seller Training & Enablement – Coordinated webinars, bootcamps, and online workshops to onboard and upskill sellers.
Content Creation & Optimization – Produced educational content (posts, visuals, videos) with 3M+ views and 200K+ engagements across TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
Campaign Execution – Planned and launched key seller campaigns (Freeship Monday, Extra Friday, Mall Day), driving 200–300 new sign-ups weekly.
Performance Tracking – Monitored open rates, CTRs, and attendance, using insights to refine strategy and improve outcomes.
Competitor Research – Analyzed market and competitor practices to enhance seller engagement programs.
