About THE PROJECT

TikTokHood Hanoi Connect was a flagship offline activation by TikTok Shop, designed to connect sellers, creators, and partners ahead of the 2025 peak season. The event attracted over 350+ attendees, featuring workshops, networking sessions, and keynote sharing.

Communication Strategy – Developed messaging framework and registration strategy to maximize seller sign-ups and attendance.

Content & Creative Assets – Coordinated with agencies to deliver key visuals, newsletters, event kits, and presentation slides.

Channel Management – Led outreach via email, push notifications, and social posts to ensure consistent promotion.

Event Coordination – Supported end-to-end execution with cross-functional teams to align content, logistics, and branding.

Performance Tracking – Monitored registration, attendance, and post-event engagement to evaluate success and gather insights.

OUTPUT

Drove 350+ attendees, exceeding registration targets.

Generated high engagement on communication channels, with strong open and click-through rates from email and push campaigns.

Produced 100+ creative assets across KV, EDMs, push notifications, event kits, social content, and recap deliverables.

Achieved Net Promoter Score (NPS) 4.9/5, reflecting very high participant satisfaction.

Received positive feedback from both attendees and internal stakeholders, with insights feeding into future TikTok Shop offline activations.
